Seaflyer was established in Shenzhen August,1998 with an investment of 20 million Hongkong dollars. After about 10 years continuous growth, it has now about 800 staff, including 300 skilled engineers and expanded its factory coverage to 10,000ŠO.
Seaflyer mainly consists of two departments:
1. Tooling and injection Molding Department:
Specializing in designing and manufacturing mid and large sized injection mold for automotive and home appliance industries. In addition, we are also experienced in the design and manufacture of BMC mold, MUD mold, overmold, Gas-assist mould, prototype and die casting. The size of the largest mold that we can make reaches 2m*1.8m which weighs about 18 tons.
2. Mobile Phone Department:
Focusing on precision injection mold design, manufacture and molding for mobile phone, medical and electronic industries. We also provide secondary operation services, such as, painting, silk print, assembly and sourced plating. Seaflyer is equipped with advanced machining equipment, including 6 hign speed CNC, 2 Precision wire cut machines, 6 precision EDM, 14 precision grinding machine and 30 injection molding machines. In addition, Seaflyer is also equipped with one ten thousand grade auto oil-spray line and one hundred thousand grade manual oil-spray line. We are capable of making 80 to 100 tools per month depending on the size and complexity.
Seaflyer had become an ISO9001:2000 certified co***ny in May, 2005 , a member of Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association in 2007, and become an TS16949 certified co***ny in 2008. With a comprehensive quality control system and a ***ermination to the realization of it, Seaflyer always creats high quality products. Now 90% of its products are exported to Europe, North America, Japan and Middle East.
Seaflyer enjoys the beautiful scenery and convenience geographically. ItĄ¯s located just 2 kilometers south of Shenzhen Airport, it only takes one hour from Hongkong to Seaflyer by sea.
